By law, every person is entitled to copies of their medical records. This includes lab and test results and doctor's notes.
Release of Medical Records
Waco Gastroenterology Associates, PA has partnered with HealthMark Group to fulfill all patient requests for personal copies of their medical records at no charge to the patient. A complimentary copy of your record will be made available through HealthMark Group’s website,Healthmark Services. First time users are required to register for an account before accessing the website. Medical Records from a Referring Physician
When your doctor refers you to our practice, we typically request a copy of your medical records, including recent lab work and imaging tests. If your doctor does not provide this information to us by the time of your first visit, you may bring these documents with you.
